Taste
It tastes exactly like what it says it tastes like - fruit punch. The flavour is a combination of mostly unidentifiable fruits with a healthy dose of sugar. The one thing this flavour has a lot of is cherry. It almost stands on its own, separated from the unidentifiable fruit mixture and overpowers it most of the time. I didn't really enjoy it since it just tasted like a cheap, generic soda with a bit of cherry mixed into it.
Energy
The can contains the standard 160 mg of caffeine and the energy deliver is very typical for a drink of this caliber. The sugar kicks in within minutes and you get a quick high with a bit of jitters which is then followed by a punch of raw energy that lasts about 3-4 hours and ends with just a tiny crash.
