Next in line of the new arrivals is Monster's Killer-B, which seems to be a lighter, and yellower version of Monster's Anti Gravity. This one also has the special Monster plastic twist-tab.
Taste
This one tastes an awful lot like the original Monster, only creamier with a lemon twist and some caramel/honey...perhaps that is why there is a yellow honeycomb on the front part of the can and the drink is called Killer-B. Get it? Because I sure didn't until I tried the drink.
The aftertaste is a combination of mild honey notes and hints of lemon along with a taste similar to that of the original Monster. The best way to describe this is if you were to take a spoonful of honey, ate it, and had a lemon drop right after. The combination is quite unique and some may like it, some may not. One thing is for sure - you will probably have a really hard time finding another honey flavoured energy drink at 7-11.
Energy
Caffeine levels are pretty standard across the Nitrous line with 163 mg per container. This one works the same way as all the other ones I recently reviewed. I got a nice kick within 10-15 minutes from the sugar and a short time later the caffeine kicked and woke me up completely and gave me plenty of energy for a few hours.
